• Standard Working Hours: 8:00am – 5.00 pm Monday to Friday Aust eastern standard time (excludes Public Holidays).

• After Hours: After hours service available on request.

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (excluding GST). We are currently not GST registered.  

• Rates are current from 1 June 2007 and are subject to change with notice.

• Rapid Scribe will provide transcription services according to the rates published and/or agreed upon by Rapid Scribe and the Client. The rates published constitute the minimum cost for the type of transcription service provided based on good audio. We reserve the right to charge higher rates due to poor audio or heavy accents or other circumstances.   We will always contact you prior to beginning work to discuss any unusual situation that could increase your cost.  You, the Client retains the right to cancel the order if you don’t approve of the higher rates.   On receipt of audio, Rapid Scribe reserves the right to decline if, at that time, there is disruption to the Internet and/or the audio is of less than good quality.

• All work is strictly confidential and if required, a confidential agreement can be signed.

• The Client agrees to pay invoices issued within 14 days of receipt of same.  We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts.  In the event that a cheque from a Client is refused from the Bank, the Client will be responsible for all bank charges.

• By accepting work or services agreed upon, you, the Client, assume full responsibility for final proofreading and accuracy of documents, final product or service.  Any errors or omissions bought to our attention within 48 hours of receipt will be amended free of charge.  Any other additions or amendments made by the customer will be charged.
