Rates are current from 1 January 2010 and are subject to change with notice.
On receipt of audio, Rapid Scribe reserves the right to decline if, at that time, there is disruption to the Internet and/or the audio is of less than good quality.
Digital File:

Analogue Tapes (standard/micro tapes):
Same rates as digital files apply with the following conditions:
- All participants are clearly heard
- The recording is recorded at normal speed (not at half speed setting)
- Upon receipt of the tapes Rapid Scribe reserves the rights to return the tapes if they are not of good audio and/or speech quality
- A self address envelope is provided for the return of tapes

*Premium rates applies to audio assessed at less than good quality, ie recorded on long play, background noise, broad accents, low volume (hard to hear participants), poor audio quality, mumbling, muffled audio.
